Fourth of July Celebration

Commemorate Independence Day with live music and celebratory fireworks in the heart of downtown Baltimore. The Fourth of July Celebration takes place Sunday, July 4, 2015 from 7pm to 10pm.

The city of Baltimore observes Independence Day with  a performance by the U.S. Navy Cruisers Band at 7pm and a colorful fireworks display choreographed to festive music at 9:30pm on Saturday, July 4 at Baltimore’s Inner Harbor.  

Visitors can make a day of their holiday downtown by going to area attractions, and nearby restaurants and retailers.  Top of the World Observation Level offers Picnic at the Top on Saturday, July 4, 2015 from 7:00pm to 10pm.  Visitors can take in a 360-degree view of Baltimore as well as have the best view of the vibrant fireworks display.  Family-fun activities and food & beverages will be available.  Tickets cost $50 for adults and $25 for children ages 3-12.  Top of the World Observation Level is located on the 27th floor of the World Trade Center at 401 East Pratt Street.  For more information on Top of the World Observation Level or upcoming events, please visit 410-837-VIEW (8493) or visit

In the event of a cancellation due to severe weather, the fireworks show will take place Sunday, July 5, 2014 at 9:30pm.
