Top of the World is the perfect starting point for any visit to the city and provides a breathtaking view of Baltimore's skyline, harbor and beyond. This city attraction featuring a spectacular 360-degree panoramic view of Baltimore has stationed binoculars and photo-map guides to help guests learn about local attractions, hotels, sites and neighborhoods. In addition, it is a fully handicapped accessible attraction.

Located on the 27th floor of the World Trade Center, the world's tallest pentagonal building is home to the only Baltimore attraction to offer an awe-inspiring view of Maryland's urban center. Top of the World has expansive windows that frame the Inner Harbor, the surrounding city and beyond to the Chesapeake Bay. Discover Baltimore's history as guides reveal fascinating facts and personal reminiscences that make Baltimore come alive!

Please be advised that visitors are subject to a manual search of purses, briefcases, packages and back packs. For your convenience, it is recommended that you leave non-essential items at home.

Volunteer Opportunity
Volunteer/tour guides are needed to warmly greet and welcome visitors to the Top of the World and provide information/orientation on Baltimore's attractions and amenities. Click here for an application.

We're on the Harbor Pass!
Top of the World Observation Level is a featured attraction on Baltimore's Harbor Pass, a four day pass offering admission to Baltimore's favorite attractions including: Maryland Science Center, National Aquarium in Baltimore, Top of the World Observation Level and the choice between Port Discovery- The Children's Museum in Baltimore and the American Visionary Art Museum. We welcome all groups, including school tours, senior outings and family reunions of 10 or more, seven days a week, 362 days a year. On Mondays and Tuesdays through Memorial Day, Top of the World is open by appointment only for groups of 25 or more. From See to Shining Sea
First take in the view and gain insight into the city's heritage from Top of the World, then cruise the Inner Harbor aboard the Harbor Cruise's Prince Charming with a 60 minute narrated tour of Baltimore's nautical history and harbor-front landmarks. Available April through November.

A Duck's Eye View
Baltimore awaits the Ducks that dare to explore! Start your visit atop the world's tallest pentagon, enjoy five spectacular panoramic views and get to know the city that saved America. Interpretive displays tell you about the city's history and culture. Later step out "Duck" style and explore even more! Discover the untold secrets aboard the only land/sea tour via a World War II DUKW. Get quacky as you take a spin through the neighborhoods that make Baltimore a Great American City. Affordable and fun for everyone! Free wacky quacker included. Available April through November
