    For 40 years, School 33 Art Center has nurtured and celebrated contemporary visual art in Baltimore.

The Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts manages several special venues that attract both tourists and local residents of Baltimore City. 

The Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts (BOPA) announces that its public attractions and galleries will temporarily close to the public starting Saturday, March 14, 2020 in response to the developing Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) situation. Attractions and galleries managed by BOPA include: Top of the World Observation Level, Bromo Seltzer Arts Tower, The Cloisters, and School 33 Art Center. BOPA continues to monitor the recommendations and guidelines of local health officials and the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) regarding COVID-19. The public will be kept informed of updates and re-openings. BOPA is committed to the health and safety of its attendees, participants, volunteers and staff and looks forward to welcoming guests back soon.
